undefined is not an object (evaluating 'locale.replace')
Expo にて上記エラーが発生した。
対処法

上記によると、 iOS のバージョンが 13 に上がった際に発生するエラーであるとのこと。
iOS シミュレーターの、「Settings > General > Language & Region」を開き、「Region」を適当に変更すると、問題は解決した。
