Avast で問題ないページがブロックされた時の対処

問題

諸事情により Avast Security を使う機会があり、そこで Stripe のダッシュボードにアクセスしようとしたところ、以下のエラーが発生した。

Whew! We’ve just saved you from an infected website

Infected URL: https://dashboard.stripe.com/login

Threat: URL:Phishing

This URL contains malicious code that could harm your computer. If you're willing to risk it, you can turn off your Avast Web Shield to continue. But we strongly recommend walking away from this one.

対処方法

上記は Stripe のダッシュボードにアクセスしようとして結果発生したエラー。 明らかに偽陽性(false positive)であるため、手動でホワイトリスト対応を行うのが望ましい。

以下の手順で解消した。

1. Avast Security を開く
2. Menu から Preferences を開く
3. Core Shields タブを開く
4. Web Shield タブをさらに開く
5. 「Add Exceptions」よりホワイトリスト対応するドメインの追加
